PAHL has Four Conferences:
- The Central Conference located at Polar Ice Raleigh
- The North Conference located at Polar Ice Wake Forest
- The South Conference located at Polar Ice Cary & Garner
- The West Conference located at Invisalign Arena @ WCC.
